Client Responsibilities

At Alba & Co Services, we prioritize your satisfaction and uphold high cleaning standards. By utilizing our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this document, ensuring clarity on responsibilities and expectations. We are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning results for all our contracts, including office cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, and more. This agreement serves to protect both parties and establish a foundation of trust and reliability in our working relationship.

Payment Terms and Conditions

All commercial cleaning contracts require upfront payment arrangements or a mutually agreed-upon payment schedule. Clients will be invoiced monthly for ongoing services, which must be settled within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment after reminders have been issued. Additionally, should you need to cancel or change a scheduled cleaning, a 24-hour notice is mandatory to avoid cancellation fees. Your understanding and adherence to these terms ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning, Alba & Co Services is not liable for any damage incurred during the cleaning process unless proved to be caused by our negligence. Clients must ensure that all valuable or delicate items are removed or secured before our team arrives. By employing our services, clients acknowledge these terms and agree to release Alba & Co from any claims regarding damage incurred during cleaning activities.
